Skill & Talent Requirement
All applicants must have a background in the arts, education, or a related field. -
Childcare Experience
Prior babysitting or childcare experience is a must. -
Profile Review
Every application is carefully reviewed by our team. -
Interview Completion
Candidates submit a video or complete a live video interview to showcase their personality and skills. -
ID Verification
Phone, email and bank details are all verified for added security. -
Onboarding
Applicants must pass a final quiz to ensure they understand platform standards and expectations. -
Background Check
All active babysitters are background-checked. -
References
We collect and share references so families can get to know their VILLAGE sitter before booking.
